For companies & organizations
Your company probably doesn't have a time-management problem.
It has a what-deserves-our-time problem.
01 / The actual problem
We're incredibly busy. But what are we actually accomplishing?
Less busywork.
More work that matters.
Meetings. Email. Notifications. Reports. Follow-ups. More meetings about the meetings. Modern work makes it incredibly easy to spend an entire day doing things without ever getting to the thing that actually mattered.

02 / The new workplace
AI changes what deserves a human's time.
For the first time, organizations have affordable tools capable of helping with research, prospecting, first drafts, scheduling, routine communication and other repetitive work. The question isn't simply “What can AI do?” It's “What should our people still be spending their time doing?” Dan shares practical examples from his own businesses and experiments with AI to show how technology can give people more time for judgment, creativity and relationships.
A useful rule
$100 worth of time.
$5 problem.
03 / Why Dan?
He's spent decades on both sides of the microphone.
Dan Rosenberg is a comedian, author, speaker and longtime business executive who has spent more than three decades performing for audiences across the country — from comedy clubs and festivals to radio studios, corporate boardrooms and college campuses. He co-founded a company that was acquired by a Fortune 500 company, has led teams and operations inside major automotive organizations, and has worked across retail, wholesale, remarketing, finance, insurance and technology. That unusual combination — comedian and business operator — is why he can talk about time and priorities from the perspective of someone who has actually had to manage people, deadlines, customers, budgets and competing priorities.
